Product Details

    Mechanical Two Post spindle lift with a 4000 kg lifting capacity, symmetrical, double-telescoping lifting arms, automatic arm locking, and a 400 V electrical connection. The lift is partially pre-assembled, allowing for quick commissioning.

    Electromechanical Two Post spindle lift for lifting cars and small vans

    With a spindle diameter of 45 mm, we use the largest spindles/loading nuts on the market , resulting in less friction and therefore less wear. Provided that installation and maintenance are carried out by an authorized Toolwiser.com service partner, we offer a 5-year warranty on the loading nut and spindle . Our hot-rolled column profiles and lifting spindles are manufactured in Germany and represent a slim, extremely solid, and torsionally rigid lifting column design. Simple design and robust technology combine to create a top-of-the-line lifting platform.

    • Automatic safety stop during lowering if an obstacle blocks the support arm
    • Ideal recording area for cars and small vans
    • Door protection rubbers allow vehicle doors to be opened safely without damage.
    • A mechanical wear indicator prevents lifting if the support nut is worn, once the lifting platform has been completely lowered.
    • The main components of the lifting platform are pre-assembled.
    • Permissible load capacity 4000 kg, the structure of the lifting platform was successfully tested dynamically with a load of 115% of the permissible total weight and statically with 150% of the permissible total weight.
    • Floor requirements according to current (in Germany permissible) structural analysis: concrete C20/25 DIN1045:2001-D7, double reinforced, with a minimum dimension of 4000 x 2000 x 200 mm.
