Purchase Terms and Conditions
You are purchasing products from toolwiser.com. Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully. We apply our terms strictly to ensure equal treatment of all customers and to avoid misunderstandings regarding how we operate and prioritize our customers.
Our goal is to provide all customers with the fastest possible service. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or be able to confirm parental or guardian consent prior to purchase. We sell products within Sweden at fixed shipping costs. For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact us for shipping information.

General
By purchasing from toolwiser.com, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions. The buyer must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian approval to complete a purchase. Delivery is made within Sweden at fixed shipping rates. For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact us.
toolwiser.com reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information. Prices may be adjusted up until the time the product is dispatched.

Orders and Stock Availability
Orders are placed via the webshop. Stock availability is updated continuously; however, discrepancies may occur. If an ordered item is out of stock after order completion, the buyer will be contacted to arrange an alternative solution.

Pre-orders and Special Orders
Pre-orders (with a delivery time exceeding 30 days) require full advance payment. Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Payment
The following payment methods are available:
Card, bank transfer, invoice, and installment payment.
Direct invoicing (orders over SEK 50,000).
Leasing, rental, and cash-back leasing.
For invoice payments, a credit check is required. Payment terms are 30 days for businesses and 14 days for private individuals. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 and late interest of 2% per month will be charged.

Delivery
Delivery time is normally 3–15 business days depending on the product. The buyer is responsible for being able to receive and unload the delivery. Additional costs may apply if delivery conditions are not met. Delivered parcels must be collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe. Uncollected shipments will be charged SEK 1,500 for return and handling costs.

Receipt of Goods
The buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any transport damage must be noted immediately on the delivery note and reported to the transport company within 7 days. In the event of damage, the buyer must contact toolwiser.com with the damage reference number and photographic documentation.

Right of Withdrawal (Not Applicable to Businesses)
The right of withdrawal applies if the product has not yet been dispatched. If the product has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Special orders cannot be returned. Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt.

Warranty
A minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty applies. The warranty covers spare parts only; labor and travel costs are charged separately. The warranty does not apply in cases of normal wear and tear, negligence, or incorrect use. Wear parts are excluded.

Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between toolwiser.com and the buyer. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled through simplified arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). toolwiser.com follows the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for private individuals and the Swedish Sale of Goods Act for businesses.
